However, our team of recruitment specialists can save you even more time by creating your shortlists for you. JVP will pre-screen your applications to highlight the superstars from within the crowd, whilst still enabling you to build your own talent pool.

Access our library of over 200 ready to use online tests to dig even deeper into applicants' skills and knowledge. Here's how it works:

  • You let us know what you need to test or we can advise accordingly. If there isn't a suitable test, we create one for you.
  • You can create a package of multiple tests, and request the assessment of as many applicants as you wish.
