Natalie Wood, Head of Client Support at JVP Group
Natalie said “I’ve been familiar with JVP’s unique approach to recruitment marketing for many years, and with my background working within a recruitment agency and as an in-house recruiter and HR professional – it’s been no surprise to see the success of the business to date and the prestigious client base developed so far.
“I’ve experienced first-hand
the challenges that employers face when it comes to attracting talent, with the
skills shortage being a real concern across many industries. For me, joining
JVP and being able to provide effective and efficient solutions and work
closely with employers to transform their recruitment strategies, is truly
rewarding because I know how much of a difference it can make. Far from the
recruitment agency approach, I’m delighted that for JVP clients I can be an
advocate for the identities of the amazing employers recruiting, which in turn
helps those employers attract the very best people on the market by showcasing
their employer brand.”
The award winning JVP
Group has built a reputation for successfully working with employers across the
UK to deliver effective in-house recruitment strategies, enabling their clients
to directly attract talent whilst saving thousands of pounds by not having to
use recruitment agencies.
JVP Group’s Managing
Director, Cath Harrison commented “We’re committed to delivering unrivalled recruitment
advertising and marketing solutions for our clients which helps them to
directly recruit talent, and Natalie’s varied background in HR and recruitment means
she is perfectly placed to fully understand our clients’ needs. We’re delighted
to have her on board as we enter a crucial phase in our growth plan.”
“In our 6th
year of trading, strong growth has enabled us to recently invest into brand new
high-tech offices and superb facilities which we’ll soon be moving to,
cutting-edge technology, and team growth and development - and in addition to
Natalie joining us we’re currently looking to take on a graduate who we can
develop for the long term and join us on our exciting journey.”
