Her approach is straight-forward and jargon-free.

Ian Hewitt
Ian is a key member of the JVP team, providing online recruitment advertising solutions to employers across the UK. He has extensive leadership, management and recruitment experience in military, management and consultancy roles.  As an experienced manager, Ian understands the importance and challenges of finding the right person to add value to your team or business.  Combining his experience and perspective as a hiring manager, recruitment consultant and job seeker, Ian can provide valuable insights into the recruitment world.

David Roberts
David Roberts is the founder of PeopleWin4Business and has just launched The Alternative Board in North Wales. David has 20 years HR experience across several sectors - knowledge-based professional services as well as manufacturing; large publicly listed organisations as well as a fast growth, high performing SME. With experience of the UK, US and several Asia-Pacific markets, David has a wealth of experience to offer companies looking to strengthen their people management skills.

Justine Watkinson
Justine Watkinson is Partner & Head of Employment at Hillyer McKeown. Justine has extensive experience on a wide range of employment issues, and is also a sessional lecturer in employment law at MMU and the senior employment law advisor for the CHERAL project at the University of Law Chester.
