Leading North Wales employers are joining forces to give job seekers and professionals a unique opportunity to meet for an informal chat, to showcase exciting job vacancies across the region, and to celebrate a new online hub being launched by JVP this month, dedicated to living and working in North Wales.
Companies including Williams Estates, Supertemps, Safety Media, Williams Denton Accountants, and JVP Group are just some of the 15 employers coming together for Get Connected, free events organised by Jobs in North Wales.
From ‘Ask the Employer’ networking sessions and top tips and advice shared by guest speakers, to a professional photographer on-site to take headshots of attendees for their LinkedIn profile pictures, the events will be completely free of charge to attend with the aim of bringing the community of North Wales together.
“There are so many reasons to be proud of our region. The North of Wales deserves to be in the spotlight, and we’re excited to be part of making this happen,” says North Walian, Rian Kemp of Jobs in North Wales.
“So, whether you’re looking for your dream job, next career move, or perhaps you’ve recently moved to the area and want to explore what’s on offer, you’ll want to join us for these unmissable events.”
Get Connected will mark the release of a brand new website for Jobs in North Wales, an online hub dedicated to living and working in the region. Packed full of the latest jobs alongside informative articles, location guides and useful resources, Jobs in North Wales connects job seekers with North Wales employers, making it the number one destination for those who live in, want to move to or commute to the area.
Get Connected will take place in Redwither Tower on the Wrexham Industrial Estate on Thursday, October 18th from 5pm to 7pm, and at St Asaph Leisure Centre on Wednesday, October 24th from 5pm to 7pm.
