Businesses from across Wales gathered for the awards ceremony, which was held at the Exchange Hotel in Cardiff, and JVP’s Founder Cath Harrison was announced as ‘Managing Director of the Year’.
Cath was shortlisted
following a whole host of exciting developments within the rapidly growing company
over the last 12 months, including the creation of a range of new roles within
the business, development of employees, securing many more high profile clients
such as Longleat and Coveris, and a move to brand-new high-tech offices at New
Vision Business Park in St Asaph, North Wales.

Judges
selected Cath Harrison as ‘Managing Director of the Year’, after taking into
consideration positive feedback from employees and a high number of testimonials
from employers on the high level of service received and effectiveness of
recruitment campaigns.
