Leading law firm Gamlins Law has launched a new service aimed at helping businesses in North Wales to achieve their growth goals.
The initiative brings together 20 of North Wales’ leading companies, with the aim of helping businesses in North Wales to achieve their growth goals, and to help put the North Wales business community on the map.
The services include HR and Employee Engagement, Business Planning, Business Finance, PR and Marketing, Wealth Management, IT and Telecoms, and Recruitment - which JVP has been selected as the ‘Preferred Recruitment Partner’.
Among other partners are accountants Salisbury’s and Grant Thornton, financial advisers Innes Reid and Sanlam, commercial insurer Daulby Read, health and safety specialist SHEQ, PR and marketing firm Mason Media.
Ron Davison, Managing Director of Gamlins Law, said: “North Wales is home to an ever-increasing number of exciting businesses – some of which are already well-established, others still in their infancy.
“We know from our own experience that it takes the harnessing of many different skills for a business to achieve its full potential.
“Go For Growth brings together a range of industry specialists, each with their own expertise and knowledge, to help our clients scale their businesses.
“We pride ourselves on the trusted relationships we have developed with our clients over the past 130 years and look forward to being able to offer them even greater levels of support over the coming years.”
JVP Group’s Managing Director Cath Harrison, said: “I’m delighted JVP Group has been selected by Gamlins Law to be part of this wonderful initiative, as the ‘Preferred Recruitment Partner’.
“North Wales has a thriving business community, and it’s great to see so many of our business leaders collaborating to help make sure North Wales is seen as a positive place to do business.
“People are the biggest asset to any company, so when it comes to business growth, getting recruitment right is crucial. Businesses need to stay ahead of the competition when it comes to attracting talent, and it’s vital they utilise the power of a strong employer brand and market themselves as the place to work, particularly in a region such as North Wales where the skills shortage is having a real impact on businesses. As specialists in recruitment advertising and marketing, JVP Group help employers to get recruitment right first time with the best people, saving them so much time and money in the process, in turn keeping their existing workforce happy and productive, and inevitably having a positive impact on business growth.”
