Tell us a bit more about your role as Talent Attraction Advisor
There are quite a few different elements to my role. There are creative aspects, including writing adverts and social media posts for job advertising campaigns. And there’s always a customer service focus – supporting clients as well as applicants. I might be messaging potential candidates on LinkedIn for a specialist Engineering role one minute and conducting telephone interviews for an Animal Keeper the next. I feel there’s a nice balance of the two!
What do you like about working for JVP Group?
I love the team dynamic, and the way we work together to reach our goals. During training, I really valued the fact that everyone is happy to pitch in and give help and guidance. It really is a team effort.
What work achievement are you most proud of?
For me, finishing my degree during Covid was a massive achievement. I was hours away from all of my classmates, and directing projects over Zoom was a challenge. But because of the challenges I was faced with, I’m even prouder of what I produced and the skills I learned.
What are the values that drive you?
Honesty and teamwork. I’m able to reach out if I’m feeling unsure and seek help at JVP Group, which is something I really value.
