Our recent graduate Siwan is the creative superstar behind our client’s job vacancy social media visuals, and our own! Whether Siwan’s creating an eye-catching image for an Animal Keeper vacancy, or maybe marketing our webinars on key employment law, HR and recruitment topics, she goes above and beyond to make sure every campaign gets results.
I’m related to the Queen! Well, I say related… I’m her 22nd cousin 7 times removed, through marriage.
It might sound made up, but it’s true!
My role is combined with creating visuals for client’s job vacancy social media campaigns, and designing marketing material for JVP Group and our own job board brands. It’s a varied role, which is why I like it! I get to learn something new every day.
The support you get from everyone in the team. Even though we all have our own individual strengths in our own roles, we come together and help each other and get things done for clients efficiently, without compromising on quality. We all make sure no one is left on their own feeling overwhelmed with their workload.
It’s a tough choice as I feel I’ve accomplished such a variety of things whilst being in this role! But one thing that does stand out are the webinars we host.
It’s so rewarding seeing all the effort you put in to organising and marketing an event, then come to fruition with brilliant results, and to be able to provide great advice to so many people. 117 people registered for a webinar we hosted in February, and attendees at our events continues to grow as clients face more recruitment challenges than ever!
Knowing that we do all we can to make a campaign successful, and we genuinely do care about the results. It motivates me to hear about how much we’ve supported a client and their business, especially when they’ve tried all other options and they’ve not worked. Also, knowing our efforts help applicants secure a job they really want, makes all the hard work the team put in worthwhile.
My primary school choir won Songs of Praise in 2011 so we got to sing alongside Chris de Burgh, Aled Jones and Alexandra Burke at the Royal Albert Hall!
Oh! I also saw Johnny Vegas outside my local Chinese takeaway.
Oh that’s a tough one! I would probably have to say Mamma Mia, The Hangover, and Bridesmaids.
