No extra cost for multiple recruits from a single recruitment advertising campaign

Established for over 7 years, ICR Group provide a range of electrical services to commercial and industrial clients across the UK.

Due to planned company expansion, ICR group were looking to recruit additional highly skilled personnel. Having previously used methods such as the Job Centre and recruitment agencies, with unsatisfactory and costly results, ICR explored a new innovative method offered by JVP.

After a consultation meeting at the ICR offices, JVP were instructed to draft an advertisement for Electrician roles. With access to over 200 online job boards, JVP published the advertisement across their entire network onto all relevant sites including; leading, specialist and regional job boards, and in addition promoted on social media channels.

ICR were provided with access to the JVP online Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to directly manage their applications in a centralised location, and subsequently the vacancies were quickly filled.

Following this, an additional advertisement was placed to recruit within the admin team, which enabled ICR to appoint two candidates in a short space of time, and both from a minimal financial investment, proving a cost-effective exercise.
