Join us at our free webinar where we’ll be celebrating women in STEM, specifically engineering, and looking at how employers can attract and inspire more women to work in the industry. We’ll be joined by guest speaker, Recruitment Business Partner at Arriva TrainCare, Linzi Jones.

Specific topics will include:

• Building an employee value proposition aligned to attracting women into engineering
• Encouraging women to consider careers in engineering through equality, diversity, and inclusion policies
• Creating effective job adverts that will encourage more women to apply for engineering sector opportunities
• Inspiring more women to consider apprenticeships in engineering
