With work-related stress, depression or anxiety accounting for 44% of work-related ill health, and with the impact that the pandemic is continuing to have on the mental health of employees – the role employers and people managers undertake in supporting mental health at work is vital.
Join us during Mental Health Awareness Week, as we discuss mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, providing practical tips on:
- Measures employers can implement to support employees, whether they’re in the workplace or home based
- Managing employees returning to the workplace following furlough or long-term absence
- Employers’ responsibilities from an employment law point of view
- Supporting employees undergoing a redundancy process
This will be an interactive forum with response to audience questions from our specialist speaker. So, be sure to send your burning questions through in advance if you're able.
