Recruitment is a people thing and for this reason alone, those who know Cath will know why her career in recruitment has spanned two decades so far.
Cath is stickler for detail, relationship focused and ambitious, very rarely a day goes by where she is not learning or sharing a new idea to realise the business growth ambitions. Eighteen years ago, Cath made the move to settle in North Wales and loves the scenic walks. A mum of two girls so always on the go but enjoys a glass or two of Malibu to unwind.
It's a family affair at JVP Group as Neil joined his wife and the growing team in 2018. With over 23 years' experience developing software for clients in the public sector and blue-chip companies, Neil has been involved in the business from the outset, and joined the team full time as the company accelerated its ambitious plans.
When not in the office demonstrating his competitive streak challenging colleagues and visitors to a game on the football table, Neil is on the squash court several times a week.
Our resident Welsh speaker has flown past the 7 year milestone at JVP Group. Sion is a graduate of Liverpool John Moores University and has incredible drive and determination, setting the example for others.
Whether Sion's using his creative flair with design, writing bilingual advert content for clients, or working on the ambitious company growth marketing strategy with his team, one thing is for sure, he's always on the go being productive and being an inspiration.

A gifted designer with a degree in Graphic Communication, Siwan uses her talents to create eye-catching content for our clients’ social media campaigns, along with using her outstanding organisational skills to keep all things content and marketing related on track.
Siwan's talents don't stop there, as well as being a fluent Welsh speaker, she has sung alongside Chris de Burgh, Aled Jones and Alexandra Burke at the Royal Albert Hall when her primary school choir won Songs of Praise!
