Submitting your vacancy and managing the applicant response via our Applicant Management Portal could not be easier, and, because we buy advertising from all the major job boards in bulk at much cheaper rates than those that are available if you went directly, we can pass those savings on to you. This means you can advertise across many job boards for a one-off flat advertising fee that is much more time and cost effective than placing a single advert online yourself.

Traditionally recruitment agencies charge a percentage of the successful candidates starting salary as an introduction fee, so for example if you pay an employee introduced by an agency £20,000 and the agency charges 17.5% then the fee payable will be £3500 plus VAT. In this instance, JVP would have saved you over 70% of your recruitment advertising costs with our flat advertising fee pricing structure.

We tap into the same online resource that the traditional recruitment agencies have at their disposal, plus we also have the benefit of a much wider job site network. Unlike traditional recruitment agencies, with our advertising campaigns you have direct control of applications to your jobs, with full transparency for job seekers ensuring that your company brand is promoted to attract the best talent. Jobs are advertised on a targeted selection the UK's leading generic, specialist and regional job boards, and we constantly monitor their performance using our online reporting system. All vacancies are also posted onto our social media networks, and targeted email alerts are sent to our database of signed up job seekers. Our Applicant Management Portal allows you to easily and quickly rank your applicants. We also offer an extended comprehensive product, which enables you to select the applicants that you have shortlisted, to undertake a variety of online tests. We administer these tests on your behalf and results are automatically emailed to you for consideration alongside their full CV application within the Applicant Management Portal. We ask for you to make a commitment to us in the form of payment prior to our provision of services. We will email an invoice to you once you submit a job vacancy, for payment to be made via online BACS transfer or cheque. Please note that we will only publish your advert(s) once we have received cleared funds.

Once payment is received, we will write your ad, and send you an approval request by email prior to publication. Your advert will start to appear on external job boards usually within 4 working hours of your vacancy advertisement being approved. However, we will also advise you on the best day and time of the week to start your campaign for maximum impact.

Once published your advertising campaign will remain live on our job board network for up to six weeks. Should you successfully appoint quickly within this period, you can email us to request for deactivation although no refund will be due.

Unfortunately not, once you have approved your advertisement copy and it has been published, we are unable to make any changes without additional charges occurring.
